Uniting has a vision of continuing to develop an inclusive culture with staff through education and training so that staff are aware of care needs for the LGBTI group. Uniting continues to partner with LGBTI organisations, communities and individuals and are currently Rainbow Tick in our aging and corporate streams with a view to have the whole of Uniting accredited in 2018 .
