Our Gayglers also play a critical role in using our products to support the LGBTi community, such as The Story of Jacob and the City Gym – the first-ever global brand advertising to prominently feature the story of someone who is transgender, and Places of Pride – a custom map to celebrate and remember pride stories, memories, and moments, by marking their significant locations with a Pride Pin.

I have worked at Google Australia for over 5 years and I’m currently working with technology, telecommunications, automotive and entertainment companies on ways that technology can transform their business and the relationship they have with their customers.

As a 20% project I also lead our Australian LGBTi network, the Gayglers. Google has always been a strong supporter of diversity and inclusion around the world and in Australia we have developed a number of unique partnerships including becoming Industry Partner to Out for Australia, Corporate supporter of the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Business Association and a Major Partner of Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras for the last 6 years. With over 150 people in our network locally and Gaygler groups across the world, we have a strong community to ensure we are at the forefront of LGBTi diversity and inclusion.
